Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is not a feature we add at the end. Hudson North targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website and on every client site we build, because a site that excludes people is a site that is not finished.

What we do

We build on semantic, standards-based markup with a logical heading structure and meaningful landmarks. The site is operable by keyboard alone, respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting so animation never gets in the way, and ships with a skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users. Interactive controls carry visible focus styles, and we contrast-check our color tokens against WCAG 2.2 AA targets.

Known limitations

This site uses rich motion and a custom cursor on pointer devices. Both are disabled for visitors who request reduced motion, and neither removes the native keyboard focus indicator. If you encounter anything that does not work the way it should, we want to know.
